It’s also reputedly one of Dundee’s oldest bars with a clientele that goes from students to retired folk that all have in common a love for a great no-nonsense bar.

The interior is a beautiful, traditional pub with dark wood fittings that include a superb gantry that displays its whisky selection.

The curved bar is split in the middle by screen that effectively creates a snug, and there are also two separate, ultra-cosy snugs off the bar. Roughly a mile from the city centre, it’s well worth seeking out.
