Located in the beating heart of Scotland’s malt whisky country, whisky bars do not come more authentic than the Spirit Safe here. Customers to the hotel will find a range of over 500 malts – and an actual spirit safe which houses some of the hotel’s most collectable drams.

Last year, the hotel created a more casual, laid-back style to their food as well as a lunch and Sunday Brunch menu, which is served in both Toots Bar and Pagodas Restaurant.

The heritage of this hotel is undeniable with the bar named after ‘Toots’, the owner’s ancestor. The bar has also introduced a beautiful dark ale made locally at Rothes Brewery also named ‘Toots’.
