The caged neon sign beckons you in through the original tenement close and then bang, Anaglypta, bamboo, exposed stone, caramel leather and a caged back bar all tell you that your own interior design palette perhaps needs an update.

But the highlight for us has to be the classic whisky advertising posters. With over 160 whiskies and counting, ditto 30 gins as well as craft beers, rums and liqueurs, its alumni includes David Beckham who paid the bar a visit a couple of years ago.
