This bustling bar/restaurant and hotel at the very heart of Pitlochry with an excellent selection of whiskies, is a converted corn mill and still has the original water wheel. It is run by a local family and specialises in live music, which draws people from miles around. It is a very busy bar and restaurant and you really do need to book. It now has a new, much larger, outdoor space which has been tented and boasts heaters for all that outdoor drinking we have been doing. Dogs are welcome too.
